I specialise in health psychology, a branch of psychology that focuses on the biological, psychological and social factors that influence health and wellness.
My approach is collaborative and focuses on helping you to develop practical skills to reduce suffering and enhance your life.
I draw on a range of evidence-based cognitive therapies such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
